La nuova Google Toolbar 5 è finalmente a disposizione per il download e, nonostante trattasi ancora di una versione Beta si rivela già un must per chi utilizza giornalmente i servizi di Google come YouTube, Gmail, Google Docs o Google Bookmarks. Google Toolbar 5 cambia radicalmente le opzioni, l’interfaccia ed aggiunge diverse novità, le principali sono il supporto ai Google Gadgets (aggiungiamo i bottoni ai vari servizi come YouTube, Google Blog Search oppure Gmail dopodichè la pressione del tasto farà comparire un popup), possibilità di salvare i settaggi online ( la toolbar di Google rimarrà con le nostre personalizzazioni sul lavoro, a casa oppure in un Internet Point..), aumenta l’integrazione con Google Notebook (Evernote diventerà obsoleto?), compare l’ Autofill (per riempire automaticamente i moduli di registrazione ai siti Web, vi è anche la possibilità di inserire i dati della carta di credito ma è alquanto sconsigliato) ei fornisce dei tips qualora sbagliassimo ad inserire un URL ( Google suggestions).
