Come ben si sa, Windows Vista Home Premium e Windows Vista Ultimate hanno di serie un DVD decoder per poter vedere i DVD sul proprio PC o Portatile. As you well know, Windows Vista Home Premium and Windows Vista Ultimate have a series of DVD decoders to view DVDs on your PC or Portable.

    Ho letto l’ articolo riguardante i codec DVD per Windows Vista Home Premium ed il fatto che si dice che VLC media player è ottimo da utilizzare. I read the 'article about the DVD codec for Windows Vista Home Premium and the fact that it is said that VLC media player is great to use.

    Peccato che con XP mi funzionava, con Vista no. Pity that I worked with XP, with Vista not.

    Cosa devo fare? What should I do?

    E dire che ho dovuto reinstallare il PowerDvd Xp sul mio Vista Business!! And to say that I had to reinstall the PowerDvd Xp on my Vista Business! Tra l’altro da anche problemi di compatibilità, però funziona lo stesso… mentre che lo so però ora lo disinstallo e carico i codec della K-Lite, così me li vedo direttamente sul Media Player!     Io con Win Vista home basic utilizzo K-Lite e non ho problema alcuno con le visualizzazioni di praticamente tutti i formati da qualunque player (oltretutto fornisce i codecs all’intero sistema senza per nulla appesantirlo I Win Vista with basic home use K-Lite and I have no problem with the views of virtually all formats from any player (also provides codecs whole system without anything appesantirlo : D ). Vlc l’ho provato e ha funzionato tranquillamente, l’ho semplicemente eliminato dal sistema perchè non mi piace come software, ma per la compatibilità non ha dato il minimo problema Vlc I tried and it worked quietly, I simply deleted from the system because I do not like software, but for compatibility has not given the slightest problem :)
